Yes! We offer a 14-day return window on all non-personalized items. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@verajewelry.com.

Yes — personalized and custom-engraved pieces are made just for you, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the UK, and Australia. International shipping times vary by destination (10–21 business days). Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
