Return Policy

Our Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original VÉRA packaging. We do not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@verajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us at hello@verajewelry.com to arrange an exchange. If the replacement item is of higher value, you'll be charged the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-engraved pieces

  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you — no questions asked.
