Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada & USA)

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — Free on orders over $75, otherwise $5.99.
Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days — $12.99.

International Shipping

We ship to the UK and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days. A flat rate of $14.99 applies. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Visit our Track Your Order page to follow your package in real-time.

Lost or Delayed Packages
