Products & Pricing

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. VÉRA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Return Policy, available at verajewelry.com/pages/return-policy. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our stated criteria.

Limitation of Liability

VÉRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
